Bragging isn’t unusual. Everyone wants to be “cool” and pose with expensive cars in exotic locations. For some, name-dropping is a one-way ticket to “ultimate” cool, but if your last name is Biden, you’ve taken that prestige to a whole new level. Especially if your daddy just happens to be the Vice President of the United States.

Hunter was already caught threatening overseas business tycoons with his father sitting silently next to him, but he upped the game by including Joe on speakerphone conversations with his “business associates.”

Not once, not twice, but allegedly on at least two dozen phone calls.

Hunter’s former best buddy and business partner, Devon Archer, is expected to testify that his shady friend frequently included his father in business discussions via speakerphone.

House Oversight Committee chairman James Comer (R-KY) said, “We are looking forward very much to hearing from Devon Archer about all the times he has witnessed Joe Biden meeting with Hunter Biden’s overseas business partners when he was vice president, including on speakerphone.”

Archer alleges that one such interaction occurred following a dinner meeting with the Burisma board. The incident occurred outside a bar at the Four Seasons Resort Dubai. Hunter’s phone rang with an urgent request from Burisma’s owner, Mykola Zlochevsky, to find him. Shortly after that call, Hunter and Archer were joined by two Ukrainians at the bar. One of them asked Hunter to call Joe, explaining that the Burisma “bigwigs” needed support.

Hunter complied, putting Joe on speakerphone, and introduced the two Ukrainians as “Nikolai and Vadym.” This is notable because the names most likely refer to Vadym Pozharskyi and Nicolai Zlochevsky, who are both Burisma executives. While then-vice-president Biden kept the conversation neutral, three days later, he flew to Ukraine to address the “poison of cronyism, corruption, and kleptocracy.”

Archer claims that during at least a third of the speakerphone calls he witnessed, Hunter introduced Joe to his foreign business partners. He does acknowledge, however, that sometimes Hunter wouldn’t advise his father that others were on the call. That casts some level of doubt on Joe’s awareness that his son was actively speaking to business partners during at least some of the calls and confirms that, on occasion, he may not have realized he was looped in.

But it was a recurring theme, according to Archer, that Hunter would whip out his phone and speed dial his father for a speakerphone conversation to impress investors and business partners alike. But don’t take Archer’s word for it; his business partners are verifying the story as well.

Tony Bobulinski, the former business partner, remembers a call during a meeting poolside at a ritzy hotel in Los Angeles. “Sitting with Hunter at Chateau Marmont before I first met Joe Biden on May 2, 2017, Hunter was adamant that his father takes his calls at any time, no matter what his lawyers say or with gatekeepers like [former Biden spokesperson] Kate Bedingfield playing interference.”

Bobulinski added, “The American people don’t fully appreciate yet the key role Joe Biden played in the Biden family global influence-peddling… I would equate it to a chairman’s role in a traditional business structure.”

Archer is expected to reveal that the influence peddling went farther than phone calls. On two occasions, Hunter organized dinners for him to meet his Ukraine business partners at Café Milano in Georgetown. In direct opposition to Joe’s repeated claims that he never knew about Hunter’s business dealings, Pozharskyi emailed Hunter after one of the dinners, expressing his gratitude for the introduction to Joe.

“Dear Hunter, thank you for inviting me to DC and giving an opportunity to meet your father and spent [sic] some time together,” the email read.  “It’s really [sic] an honor and pleasure.”

Archer is expected to confirm the identity of “the big guy” as Joe Biden, an allegation supported by Bobulinski.

Since his subpoena to testify before the House Oversight Committee, Archer has been receiving warnings to “keep your mouth shut” along with death threats. Archer claims that he is testifying because it is his civic duty and states that he has “nothing to hide, no revenge to enact nor anyone to protect other than his family.” He feels that “in a forum where he has immunity, he can at least start to speak truth.”

Hunter’s use of Joe for influence peddling through calls on speakerphone is just another truth bomb tripping his father up ahead of the 2024 election cycle.
