Whistleblower’s Wife Falsely Accused and Monitored by Feds

A whistleblower has dropped a bombshell: his wife was slapped with the “domestic terrorist” label and targeted by federal air marshals after attending Trump’s “Stop the Steal” rally on January 6, 2021. The kicker? She wasn’t even near the Capitol that day. Yet, her FAMS (Federal Air Marshal Service) file ridiculously claimed she “unlawfully entered the United States Capitol Building.” Thanks to this absurdity, she had to endure extra TSA screenings and was stalked by air marshals as if she were a high-flying criminal mastermind.

When the whistleblower reported this outrageous targeting, his supervisors were predictably unhelpful, dismissing his concerns outright and leaving him to fend for himself. With nowhere else to turn, he escalated the issue to the U.S. Office of Special Counsel. But instead of taking the complaint seriously, they refused to refer it to the inspector general, effectively stonewalling any real investigation. Frustrated but determined, the whistleblower submitted his complaint directly, only to be met with deafening silence despite promises of an inquiry.

It was only with the help of the whistleblower group Empower Oversight that he uncovered the full extent of what was happening: his wife had been labeled a “domestic terrorist” and targeted under a similar surveillance program as former Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard. This incident has reignited scrutiny of the U.S. Air Marshals, especially as more whistleblowers have come forward to support the claim that former Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard was targeted for surveillance.

Gabbard, a former Democrat known for her outspoken criticism of the Biden Administration, was reportedly surveilled under the Quiet Skies Program, a controversial initiative designed to monitor individuals deemed to be potential threats. The program, originally intended for suspected terrorists, appears to have been misused to keep tabs on political figures like Gabbard, who posed no legitimate threat.

The allegations suggest Gabbard was singled out not because of any real security risk but because of her political views. If true, this represents a disturbing misuse of federal resources and raises serious questions about the agencies’ impartiality.

In response to these claims, Empower Oversight has once again called for a thorough investigation, urging the Department of Homeland Security inspector general to take these allegations seriously. With the additional evidence coming to light, including Gabbard’s potential targeting, the case demands immediate attention to ensure that the power of federal surveillance is not being abused for political ends.
