It’s no surprise that Donald Trump wants to prove to Americans why he needs to be the next leader of the free world. Given the abysmal and increasingly dementia-influenced performance of Joe Biden since he took office, most Americans are ready to get away. With some people still unconvinced that Bidenflation is destroying the nation, a new suggestion came from Trump’s campaign HQ.
Penned by Chris LaCivita and Susie Wiles, Trump and his staff are elated that Biden finally accepted the invitation to debate. Noting his acceptance for a June 27th debate on CNN and a proposed September event, the campaign is going further. Instead of two debates, they are proposing something the American people haven’t seen before- monthly debates.
“With the soaring inflation of Bidenomics costing America’s hardworking families at the grocery store and at the gas pump, with our border being totally overrun, with chaos at home, chaos across the world, chaos on our college campuses, we should have one debate per month. Therefore, we propose a debate in June, a debate in July, a debate in August, and a debate in September, in addition to the Vice-Presidential debate.”
Pointing out how this has the potential to educate voters on the past of each candidate, their stance on the issues, and how ineffective the Biden administration has been, they want this to happen. Debates like these usually come with a list of preformatted questions and are intended to put the best foot of the candidate forward after they have secured the party nomination.
For Sleepy Joe, this is a horrible idea, and his campaign managers are already worried. Currently advocating for him to do no more than two debates, they have told the Commission on Presidential Debates that they are only open to network debates. This means the person moderating the debate and the questions would be skewed in Biden’s favor.
Enough is enough. If this man is as mentally and physically ready to lead the American people as they claim he is, he can do monthly debates with ease.
