Following the attacks on Israel by Palestine, networks have been scrambling to have any expert on TV that they can find. On October 9th, they welcomed Anti-Defamation League CEO Jonathan Greenblatt. After seeming to expect him to simply accept what is going on and not bothering to step up, Greenblatt unleashed on anchor Jonathan Lemire.

“These have been some of the hardest days of my adult life. I’ll be honest, I am angry. I am angry with a world that allowed the dehumanization of Israelis and sanitized the terrorism of Hamas…I gotta ask, who is writing the scripts? Hamas, the people who did this, they are not fighters, Jonathan, they are not militants, and I am looking right at the camera: they are terrorists. It is a barbarian who rapes and brutalizes women, who kills children in front of their parents, and then, brings them over to Gaza.”

Given the massive rocket and ground attacks they were hit with on October 7th, the devastation has been incredible. As Greenblatt pointed out, that same night, MSNBC anchor Ali Velshi blamed Israelis along with a Palestinian analyst who claimed that the attacks were nothing but the result of the suppression of the people of Palestine. They thought nobody should be surprised, and instead, we as Americans should understand their plight and accept these consequences.

As Greenblatt summed up, “So look, when we say, ‘Oh this was an escalation, it was bound to happen.’ I am sorry, this was a massacre that was pre-planned, this was not destined to happen. It is not normal to shoot teenagers in the back hundreds of them. So I just think, guys, get the story right.”

MSNBC and a lot of the liberal left did not get it right. This means a lot of the mainstream media did not get it right, either. Those of you just crossing over after seeing the hatred against the Israelis, welcome to the conservative side. We love ya, hate the Palestinian assault, the liberals who funded it, and the attackers who set this all in motion.
